Youngho did not realize he was an alpha until the age of 20, and even then he kept his ruts a secret from his family, knowing very well that it was their tradition to send alphas away to form their own packs when they turned 21, and not allow contact again before they do so. He managed to hide his true dynamic until he turned 25 and had to take care of his twin cousins, who were experiencing a dramatic first heat and were supposed to kept safe, but ended up hiding himself in the bathroom instead and having to call his uncle and beg him to return. Upon the discovery, he was 'exiled' from home - but he received a small apartment in the city, and still receives monthly allowances, so his only task can be to find a pack of his own. Which is not going too well for him so far, since he has never prepared himself for this way of living. His ruts are especially heated due to how long he tried suppressing them, only the scent of an omega can make him horny for hours.
